VINTAGE: 2025
This rosé was made through a process called saignee - French for ‘to bleed’.’ Crushed Merlot and Syrah grapes sat with the skins for 12 hours before a portion of the juice was drained off and fermented in a stainless steel tank. This process resulted in a silky and structured rosé with a fresh burst of strawberry and raspberry with dried rose petals on the finish.
